This format is almost the same as NoiseTracker, except that instead of a pattern has its own 4 tracks, SoundTracker 2.6 have independent tracks. A pattern is then build by combining the different tracks.
The speed effect has also been extended, so it's possible to set the speed for both odd and even rows in one command. The player will then automatical switch between the two speeds while playing.
